Orders

Custom Work
Custom embroidery and print projects are produced based on approved details. Please review mockups, sizing, and spelling carefully before approval. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. We use third- party payment providers to process payments securely and do not store full payment card details on this website.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary based on carrier performance, customization complexity, and seasonal volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.
Returns
Non-custom items may be eligible for return in original condition. Custom items are generally final sale unless there is a production defect.
